UX Research & Design Role
Location: Remote (U.S. only)
Job Type: Contract, Part-Time (15-20 hrs/week, 3 months long)
Pay: $33-$40/hr.

Responsibilities

Collaborate: Work closely with our founders who are senior developers and product managers to gather requirements and understand project goals.

User Research: Conduct user research, usability testing, and user interviews to gain insights into user behaviors, pain points, and preferences.

Design: Translate user insights into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using industry-standard design tools like Figma.

Iterate: Refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders and user testing to ensure the best possible user experience.

Advocate: Champion user-centered design principles and ensure the delivery of user-centric products.

Systematize: Create and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms and products.

Innovate: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the UX/UI field.

Implement: Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless implementation of designs.

Collaborate: Continuously seek feedback and input from team members to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Qualifications

Experience level: 2+ years of experience.

Preference for tech or B2B design experience.

Proficient in Figma or similar tools.

Strong organizational and communication skills (written and verbal).

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

A strong desire to learn and grow, with a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
